the heirs of the former shareholders of the Someseni Inc hereby express our desire to accept any form of commercial partnership (Inc., commercial concession etc) so that the spa business may resume successfully.We agree the option of a partner with experience in the area of waters and with medical properties (so that one can capitalize on the uniqueness od the Someseni Spa), but we are also open to partners willing to develop a business centered on entertainment, getaways etc.We currently hold the title on the property The title is registered
in the Real Estate Public Records.
