 - We imagine the resort’s development as a retreat for an exacting clientele, selected from the pool of the emerging class of professionals and business people with above the average incomes, willing to spend money on a quality, quiet, semi-rural dining, sports and poolgoing place within easy reach and that can be used around the year

- The city of Cluj offers to its 400 000 inhabitants only one very expensive indoors pool (7-10 dollars per ticket). In summertime, except for the polluted waters of the Somes River, our prospective customers have the precarious options of a small, overcrowded saltwater lake 30 km away, of a chilling mountain artificial lake 27 kilometers away from Cluj and of several outdoors pools of precariuos hygiene. These choices are becoming less available year by year due to degradation and the development of private properties on the beach of the lake, respectively.

- The curative effects of the waters and mud are known nationwide, and this aspect may be considered as an important image capital that needs to be used.

- The city is devoid of a discreet suburban retreat within easy reach, where a quality meal, state of the art service, pool and sports facilities can be offered simultaneously, with convenient pricing policies.

- The area where the spa is located is in the proximity of a developing industrial park that has chances to benefit from fiscal exemptions in the near future.

- For out-of-country customers, the area is rich in 8 centuries old historical monuments, a febrile city nightlife, mountain hiking tracks 30 km away, and easy access to airport, European roads and railway station.

- Cheap, qualified staff and providers are easily found, as well as a Western-minded body of customers.

- Unlike most of the state assets on sale in Romania, the spa has no commercial or fiscal debts, as well as a clear property situation and willingness to open partnership with a Western investor under very favorable circumstances. Negotiations will be conducted with the heirs of the shareholders. Qualified interpretship and legal counseling will be provided.
