It is our understanding of the situation that the enlivening of the spa may be fulfilled either within one single major investment plan or according to a gradual investment plan structured along the following outlines:
Development of a small scale spa and quiet entertainment center. The business plan should include:
- Refurbishing of the two indoors hot water pools (50 square meters each) and of the adjacent locker rooms and the rest area
- Rennovation of all outdoors pools, pool decks, shower areas and sand beaches
- Tennis grounds, jogging alleys
- Extensive landscaping work
- The development of housing facilities (30-50 rooms)
- Concession of the neighboring 700 square meters land belonging
to the spa to private developers of tourist facilities or its usage for
subsequent development projects of the resort
